What you get

Enterprise call handling, dialed from any desk phone

These aren't add-ons. Every extension on your account can use all of them, and each one has a code your staff dials — nothing to learn beyond the number.

700

Call parking

Put a caller on a shared slot instead of a personal hold. Every phone in the shop sees the light turn on and any one of them can pick it up.

IVR

Auto attendant

"Press 1 for service, 2 for parts." Route by department, time of day, or holiday schedule. Change the greeting yourself from the portal.

*1

Call recording

Record on demand mid-call, or record everything automatically. Files stay in your portal for playback and download.

*97

Voicemail to email

Messages arrive in your inbox as an audio file with a transcript, so nobody has to sit at a desk to find out what a customer needed.

*72

Find me / follow me

Ring the desk phone, then the cell, then voicemail. Set the order per extension so calls reach people who aren't at their desk.

*8

Ring groups & pickup

Ring a whole department at once, or grab a ringing phone across the room with a pickup code before it rolls to voicemail.

app

Mobile & desktop

Your business line on an iPhone, Android, or laptop. Same extension, same caller ID, so personal numbers stay private.

*78

Do not disturb

Take a phone out of rotation without unplugging it. Calls skip straight to the next person in the group.

CDR

Call reporting

Who called, who answered, how long they waited, what got missed. Filter by extension or date and export to a spreadsheet.

Built around how you work

Set up for your kind of business

We configure the routing before the phones ship. Pick the closest match to see how the calls flow.

Auto body & repair shops

Your team is under a lift, not at a desk. Calls have to survive being handed around the building.

  • Park instead of hold. The front desk parks an insurance adjuster on slot 701 and pages the estimator, who picks it up from the bay phone.
  • Separate parts and service. Callers pick a department instead of getting transferred twice.
  • After-hours message with tow instructions, so nobody misses a night pickup.

Accounting & tax offices

Volume triples between January and April. The system has to scale for the season and quiet down after.

  • Add seasonal extensions for preparers in February and remove them in May. Billing follows the count.
  • Recording on client calls so you have a record of what was authorized.
  • Voicemail to email keeps document requests from sitting on a handset overnight.

Medical & dental practices

Front desk is busy checking patients in. Calls need somewhere to go that isn't a busy signal.

  • Appointment line separate from billing so scheduling calls don't queue behind insurance questions.
  • On-call routing after hours that follows the doctor to a cell phone.
  • Park for the doctor instead of taking a message when a pharmacy is on the line.

Real estate offices

Agents are out showing property. The office number still has to feel staffed.

  • Follow me to cell so a listing call reaches the agent in the car with office caller ID.
  • Direct extension per agent printed on the sign, routed wherever they are.
  • Reporting per agent to see which listings are generating calls.

Restaurants & takeout

Dinner rush means three lines ringing while the kitchen is loud. Nobody has time to write things down twice.

  • Hours and directions on a recording so the most common call never reaches a person.
  • Multiple lines on one number — four callers can be on the phone at once without a busy tone.
  • Ring the bar and the host stand together at peak.

Count your phones, multiply by 25. That's the bill. Adding a feature later doesn't change it.

Questions

Before you switch

Can I keep my current phone number?+
Yes, and it's free. We port it from your current carrier, which usually takes 5 to 10 business days. Your old service keeps running the whole time — the number cuts over to us at a scheduled time you pick, so there's no window where calls get dropped.
What phones work with this?+
Any standard SIP desk phone. We deploy Yealink and Cisco most often — the T42S, T46U and T54W are our common picks. If you already own SIP phones we'll reconfigure them instead of selling you new ones. You can also skip desk phones entirely and use the mobile or desktop app.
How long does setup take?+
Most offices are live within 48 hours of ordering. We build your routing, program the phones before they ship, and they register themselves when you plug them in. Number porting runs on its own timeline in the background — you can start on a temporary number the same day if you'd rather not wait.
Do I need special internet?+
No. A normal business connection is fine — each call uses about 100 Kbps, so ten simultaneous calls is roughly 1 Mbps. What matters more than speed is a stable connection. If your router has SIP ALG enabled we'll ask you to turn it off, since it interferes with call setup.
What happens if my internet goes down?+
Calls fail over automatically to whatever you set as backup — cell phones, another location, or straight to voicemail with email delivery. The routing lives on our servers, not in your office, so incoming callers never hear a dead line.
Can I add extensions later?+
Any time, and remove them any time. Billing follows the count on your account, so a tax office that runs 12 extensions in March and 5 in July pays for exactly that. Changes take effect on your next invoice.
Is there a contract?+
No. Month to month, cancel whenever. If you leave, we release your number for porting to whoever you're moving to.
